Los Ángeles.- El Oscar por mejores efectos especiales fue para “Interestelar”, durante la entrega de premios que se realiza en el teatro Dolby de Hollywood.
“Interestellar” venció en esta categoría a “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”; “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes”; “Guardians of the Galaxy” y a “X-Men: Days of Future Past”.
El reconocimiento fue revelado en la 87 entrega anual de premios organizado por la Academia de Ciencias y Artes Cinematográficas (AMPAS por sus siglas en inglés).
